What Kindwork is
Kindwork is an assistant for your email. Someone is always waiting on an answer you meant to send, and people go quiet after closing day. Kindwork keeps up with both for you.
It reads your email and calendar every day. When a new lead writes in, their reply is drafted within minutes. Each morning you’ll find a reply written for everyone else waiting on you, and a note for each person you’ve lost touch with, in your voice. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and what you approve goes out from your own email address.
How it works
Connect Gmail once.
Connect your Gmail and Google Calendar on Google’s own screen. We never see your password, and there’s nothing to set up after that.
It reads your email every day.
That’s how it knows who is waiting on an answer from you and who you haven’t written to in a while. It sorts what comes in with real-estate labels, and your calendar tells it what you have coming up.
Your notes are ready in the morning.
A reply for everyone waiting on you and a short note for the people you’ve lost touch with, each one written the way you write.
You approve what goes out.
Change any note first, or skip it. Each one goes out from your own email address, after you’ve read it.
What it reads, and what it never does
- It reads your email and calendar only to sort your mail and write your replies and notes.
- It never sends anything you haven’t approved, and never from an address that isn’t yours.
- Nobody at Kindwork reads your mail unless you ask us to, or a security problem or the law requires it.
- We never use your email or your calendar to train AI models.

You can run it by text, too.
Some agents live in their email and some live in their texts. If you switch texting on, your morning list comes to your phone from one Kindwork number, and you approve a note by replying to it. Texting is optional, and email does the same job.
Texting is switched on inside Kindwork, only after you tick the box yourself. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop at any time. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their marketing. Texting comes after email, once carrier registration is through. The details are in our SMS terms and our privacy policy.
Questions
What happens after I join?
We’ll email you when your invite is ready. Invites go out in November, a few at a time, starting with real estate agents on Gmail. We use your address for nothing else, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
Which email does it work with?
Gmail and Google Workspace when Kindwork opens. Outlook comes next.
Does it ever send anything on its own?
No. Every note waits for you, and what goes out is exactly what you approved, from your own address.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Kindwork works from the email you already have. If you use a CRM now, you can keep it.
What will it cost?
One flat monthly price. We’ll publish it when Kindwork opens.
How do I stop?
Cancel from your settings whenever you like. You can export your data first, and closing your account deletes it.
